Hotel a Cuba

“The room was perfect! It was so clean!! The only reason I gave my stay 4 stars is because when I walked in the lobby, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. By the morning, it was gone. The lobby needs updating, but the room was great! The staff at night wasn’t as friendly as the morning staff, but all went well and I would stay there again if I’m in the area. It’s totally worth the price! ”

“The rooms are ok/good. The breakfast and coffee? Awful. ”

“Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was very slim; we just skipped it. The coffee was good. ”

“The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. It was huge. My husband enjoyed the pool. We were given directions to a wonderful brewery just across the street for dinner. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“It was conveniently next to the highway. Quick check in. You could hear the traffic but there was no other noises so I found it quiet. Perfect when tracking for multiple days. ”

“Everything was fine until I got locked in the bathroom in my room when I didn’t even lock the door and couldn’t get out. I had a panic attack since my children were outside and I didn’t have access to them and I had to rely on a 6 and 9 year old to get me help. Luckily they got me out within 15 minutes but it is scary/helpless feeling when a single parent cannot keep an eye on their children and they are denied access to them even for a short time. ”

“Had a bed which was perfect ”

“The hotel is dated. Beds are rock hard. An attempt is made to soften them with what felt like an additional mattress topper, but they are so worn down that it doesn't help at all. May as well have paid half the price for one of those sketchy run down motels. I don't expect 5 stars from a hotel in the middle of nowhere MO, but I expect more from this hotel chain. Everything needs a big refresh, otherwise lower the prices to reflect what's being provided.”

“was very disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Rolla, MO. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was not welcoming. They weren’t outright rude, but they were inattentive and gave the impression that guest service was not a priority. The room itself had a noticeable mildew odor, and the sheets smelled sour, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The biggest issue, however, was the shower. It drained extremely slowly, leaving us standing in dirty backwash...

“staff was great; breakfast was great; room and fitness center in poor condition - finishes peeling off room and cabinet doors, lights not working bedside; fitness center HVAC not working/equipment out of order or in poor condition (one treadmill tagged out of order, the other made so many squeaks and noises when using that it sounded like it was about to die)”

“We got to breakfast at 8:15 on a Sat. It ends at 9. Only got a half a cup of coffee. Basically nothing left but cold cereal. Didn't refill anything. But the hotel is very clean and id rather have that then a breakfast. I will stay there again just for that reason”
