“Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e ben tenute, il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante. Trovandosi giusto dietro l'aeroporto, è perfetto per chi ha un volo molto presto oppure una coincidenza il giorno successivo. Di fronte alla struttura è disponibile un grande parcheggio. Unico neo: la navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile sino a metà mattina ed in tarda serata, poi bisogna necessariamente prendere un taxi ma il costo della corsa è di sole 6,00 £.”

“Modernised rooms, great spa and golf facilities. Plenty of space. Room servicing required attention. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. ”

The room decor is a bit outdated with paint coming off on the windows, the corridors had clean and dirty linen piled up on the window sills, there were dirty cups just left in the corridor, a ladder seemed to be a permanent feature! When we arrived at 3:45 we were told our room wasn’t ready but that quickly changed when I said we needed to get ready and be out within the hour. Rubbish water pressure made showering tricky.
