“We had problems with the reservation and a room was not available on our first night. Even though we had to go to another hotel that night, the staff did a wonderful job of making things right for us by comping us one night and reducing rates on the remainder of the stay. The staff was exceeding friendly and upon a return to Junction City I would definitely stay at this Hampton and will refer others to this hotel.”
