“Allora, quello che non mi e' piaciuto è che avevo la camera sopra la cucina e che quindi mi arrivavano tutti fumi in camera specialmente negli orari di punta quando le persone andavano a cena. Del resto tutto ok”

The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
