“I will begin by saying that the beds are old, but fine, and we slept well. This property needs a lot of help. The rooms are very dated. I have no idea what the brown spots were on the ceiling, there seemed to be cracks in the ceiling and walls, and my dog ate something off the floor that we did not bring in. Although the guy at the front desk was helpful, if you have any luggage to bring in, be prepared that you will need to carry it up or down at least one flight of stairs before you get to an...

“Decent room, Nice little pool , decent hotel breakfast. Stayed here a couple nights to visit family not a bad hotel, a bit outdated but nothing unlikeable! Can’t complain had a good stay!! ”

“Good breakfast buffet (need hashbrowns though), free airport shuttle, clean large rooms with comfy beds & futniture, friendly staff, easy check in & out, a pool, laundry. The one downside to my second night was the shower had near zero water pressure, about 5 percent normal barely dripping out. The first night in a different room was without issues.”

“Room was adequate. Not all plugins worked. Coffee supplies were hidden in an unmarked cabinet. No working plug close to the Keurig machine. Lots of hot water but poor water pressure. Ad implies hot tub, but not one on site. Outdoor pool was closed for winter. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels, yogurt, cereal. Nothing hot. Coffee was yuck, and hot water for tea was lukewarm. Rarely anyone at the front desk.”

“Fire alarms rang off and on for three hours from 9 to midnight. Talked to front office and found out that “they’ve been having issues with the fire system.” Excellent. Perhaps that should have been explained on check-in as people where out of their rooms off and on for those hours with NO guidance from management. No refunds, no apologies, no explanation. But the room was clean 👍”
