“Yes it was and the location is the best close to all amenities.”

“Very friendly. Not for anyone who would not want to share bathroom with a stranger. Otherwise was adequate. ”

“We left the room when the housekeeping staff came on our floor. When we came back, our room was not done. I ask the staff to just changed our towels. We have 4 people and they just gave 2 towels and left. Not a big deal but it's just basic necessities for the guest ”

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. ”

“The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

“The rooms were dirty, we kindly let front desk staff know. They switched us to a different room. When we opened the sheets, it was full of hair and food crumbs, and dirt. I called front desk staff and they offered a new blanket, shut the bed and had us sleep on top on the top blanket, and cover with the blankets they brought. At check out we waited 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come, had to ask cleaning staff if there was anyone there, they found the front desk lady, she came and...

“The property was being renovated , hallways were dirty. The grounds outside were horrible cigarette butts everywhere and garbage not disposed of properly”

“The property clean, the staff was helpful and the room was good. This is a old property so it has charm but it also has quirks. The parking in the back is small but adequate. The breakfast was basic but decent. Overall it was a decent stay at a low price. It's right downtown so there is the feel of security but the location is great if you like to be close to the action. It was also only 5 minutes from U of S which is why I was there.”
