Hotel a Dalmeny

“Family room large and comfortable. Beds comfy, hide a bed also comfy. Pool and waterslide good. Did ask for extra pillows was told no. For a family room only 4 towels. Also asked and didn't get. Over all recommended”

“Toilet seat not attached to floor and I woke up with a bug in my bed. Disgusting never stay there again.”

“Stained and burnt sheets, bad smelling elevator. I didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle outside. The people that hang around that property are not top notch ( if you catch my drift)…Makes you feel unsafe. We left shortly after check in. I felt loosing the price of the room and paying again to stay somewhere else would be cheaper than having my truck broken into. Definitely would not recommend.”

“The rooms are fine. Clean. Booked hotel as there was paid parking and airport shuttle. When I inquired about booking the shuttle i was met with a blank stare. They said to come in the morning. When i went in morning to book shuttle i was met with the same blank stare. Not sure why i paid for parking at the hotel. Ended up getting my own Uber.”

“Best Western was unable to access the Expedia reservation when I checked-in which made the stay a bit awkward. The gym at this facility is supposed to be 24-hours however, you need to have the staff let you in early in the morning - 6 AM - not ideal. Also, most of the machines in the gym were non-operable (one treadmill and one elliptical out of service) . Bathroom had an annoying motion sensor light that cannot be deactivated. Everything else was good with no issues - clean room, decent...
