It looks too me like this hotel is great for its handicapped accessible and hearing impaired rooms. Also, looks like it is great for longer stays like out of town construction workers. There's little 2 burner kitchenettes and full sized refrigerators. So if you book before leaving home maybe bring some pots...

“Room given was not cleaned yet. Got another room. Internet didn’t work. Front desk didn’t know what to do, just said internet always a problem. No toilet paper in room. Told front desk who said they would be right up. 1 1/2 hours later no show, so I went to housekeeping and got it myself. Next morning for breakfast, coffee machine didn’t work. But at least they had no problem with my prepayment.”
