“Everything was excellent”

“Albergo a 5 stelle dove non funziona nulla. In 8 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato la stanza e nonostante questo l'acqua calda non funzionava, idem per telefono, luci e wifi. Non è pensabile in un albergo a 5 stelle. Pessimo”

“This is a great hotel to stay in for a couple nights. I'm not the hugest fan of the location but the hotel is decent. Small critiques would be they need to add a little paint to the bathrooms and figure a way to eliminate the old smell in the hallways. The staff is superb! The food is great. Drinks are costly but it's expected at a 5 star hotel.”

“Front end receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was very helpful and attentive . Carpets in the hallway was very filthy , rooms were clean , mattresses very uncomfortable , washrooms need a deep cleaning, dirty in many areas . ”
