“If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, then this is the place! Gorgeous flat, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. It has lots of lovely personal touches and is well thought out and well equipped. Amazing views across the marina to Dartmouth and lovely terrace. Sadly the pub and coffee shop were being refurbished and the shop is quite limited, but we enjoyed walking down to the ferry and crossing over to Dartmouth. No shortage of places to shop/eat there. “Have to walk through rubbish area then up external concrete stairs to flat. Parking space awkward to get into but ok for small car. Once inside, flat was warm, welcoming and nicely decorated and furnished. Some of the fittings and equipment looked new although kitchen tap dripped. Efficient, plentiful heating, great bathroom and decent, matching crockery.. Nice outside sitting area. Would definitely stay again. It would have been useful to have been sent a list of items that are provided, as I...
