“Upon check in, we were informed that the pool was unavailable because the levels were too high. An hour or so later, we heard them tell a family with little children the same thing. At checkout when we were asked about our stay, I said everything was fine, but it would have been nice to have the pool available (the main reason I booked this property and not another downtown). But everything was excellent. Oh need a handheld shower head. My son sitting on chair and it was very hard to wash him. He is 36. But loved the setup.”
