“The check in process was terrible. Had to wait one hour for the room to be ready”

“Horrible experience! Traveled all day, was tired and ready to relax only to be told Ieven though I had a confirmation there was not a room as the hotel was full. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Unwilling to help, even when asked where else I could try looking for a hotel.”

“The hotel charges premium rates but delivers subpar amenities and quality. Our neighbors had three adults and three kids crammed into one room, making it extremely loud and disruptive. Not worth the price at all. ”

“I stay here about twice a year for various reasons. Overall, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The trash can in the bedrom area didn’t have a trash bag, so the desk attendant gave me a laundry bag. The grout in the shower needed tending to. Additionally, they ran out of wings at the bar, so I had to leave the hotel to get food. I would still recommend staying here; no place is perfect. They also give you a warm cookie at check in, which I love.”

“First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating. The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. And the tub faucet was almost falling off, and didn’t turn off completely (drip, drip, drip into the standing water left in the tub). The TV had only cable — no streaming options (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), so you couldn’t even log...
