“Nice ”

“Room was clean and updated with very comfy beds. Pool area and pool were clean with plenty of seating and multiple pool choices. Multiple Beach access points with showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tiki bar was small but cozy and tropical. Bartender was great. ”

“I greatly appreciate the wonderful staff at this resort! Prior to the trip I called to confirm an oceanfront room and was told that this could not occur until the day of check-in. This was disappointing considering that the online pictures showed an ocean view. I was also informed that the ramp leading to the beach was not available and parking was limited, both due to damage from Hurricane Milton. Attempted to cancel the reservation but was told I would be charged regardless, so we continued...

“Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy.”

“Our room was great very clean and useful items included. The resort itself was not as clean, most days when adding trash bags to common area it was overflowing and smelled awful. The wait for elevators was so long and very frustrating. ”
