Amenities like central air-conditioning and a full kitchen (featuring full-size appliances and a breakfast bar) will provide guests with a complete beach condo experience. And, of course, you're never too far from the sea.

Comfortable Beds but Lots of Problems

We came for a nice relaxing getaway and got a headache from all of the problems the place had. When we first walked into the room, there was an odd smell. The bed in the master bedroom had a shakey headboard and the fan in the second bedroom didn't work. The ac went out on our second night and the property manager was gracious enough to come late at night to fix it. While we knew that the place was under construction, we didn't know that we couldnt be on the balcony. There was no clear information posted on the listing about the balcony, and there was no signage posted telling us not to go on the balcony. The second room is bright at night due to the outside lights. The beds were comfortable and the property manager was nice and communicative. Overall, i would not recommend this place.

Great stay

First time to Daytona Beach Shores… it was a great stay even though the condo is undergoing some renovations we were never bothered by noise, the direct beach access was closed but a simple walk to the corner is all it took, in a nice area didnt not make it an inconvenience for us. The balcony was closed, but you could still people watch, and enjoy the ocean views with beautiful sunsets. Communication was great any questions were answered quickly by texts. Would stay again!

Check real noise nuisance level before signing

Noise-nuisance/construction noise written in our contract… ok but what about DEMOLITION noise= jackhammer drilling ciment balcony right next ours and other closeby balcony during 2 weeks-5days/week from 9h to 4h. Response from Vacasa: At least you get good night sleep! Otherwise, condo was clean, spacious and well located.

Great stay, great place!

The fan remotes were a hassle is only complaint, that says a lot. Amazing view and perfect location just south of the busy Daytona Beach.

This property is right on the beach on the 6th floor with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom and living room have doors out to the balcony with comfortable seating. The apartment has an adjacent laundry area. While convenient, the property could use some upgrades- and the walk-in shower had mold behind the door. The metal plate on the main door was loose and the doors to the laundry room had broken slats. We liked the stay, but hope the property owners work to upgrade this ideally-located condo.

Very comfortable stay

The ocean view is spectacular! This condo is very well equipped. The livingroom & beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

On the beach, but...

This place will be perfect for most. I didn't realize it was on a beach that allows cars; we prefer a quieter beach experience. I also know the whole area had hurricane damage but didn't fully realize how much damage. Also didnt expect reconstruction to be done to the adjacent condo while we were there.

White Surf Condo

Great Stay. Enjoyed the place and the beachfront very much. Musty smell on second bathroom, urine smell maybe engrained in the tiles. Housekeeper who came right away soon as i called did a great job cleaning and sanitizing but a tinged of smell stayed.

Clean but the listing left some things out

The condo was very clean. The view was amazing. Sheer curtains across the entire back. This prohibits all privacy. Anyone on the deck can see right in the master. The condo sleeps 6+ and there was 5 towels in the entire condo. There was no info regarding how to park and there was no garage door remote. The listing said there were 2 assigned parking spaces, there was one. The building is old and needs updating. The listing also did not mention there was NO beach access and NO pool. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Enjoyed being able to walk on the beach, very nicely decorated. Had a great time. It was unfortunate that the pool was lost due to hurricane damage.

Week in Daytona

The property and location were great. The condo had a few issues with some broken shades, light bulbs out or flickering alot. We contacted maintenance to fix which their response was quick but then ended up having to come into our Condo 2 days in a row and both times was around 5 pm right when we would want to shower and get ready for the evening so that was a little frustrating. They also forgot about the light bulb situation and wanted to come back a third day and we said no we can deal with it. Not sure if they will ever get fixed or not. We enjoyed our stay,just a little annoying when things don't work properly when we pay good money for it. Also no pizza cutter in the kitchen, so we bought a cheap one and left it the drawer for the next person.

Beautiful view

We loved our view and location of the condo. Very clean. Only disappointment was my 4-runner wouldn’t fit in the parking garage and I didn’t realize I needed to bring extra towels and washcloths. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

The best reservation ever!!

The view was amazing, the property was fully equipped with everything you would need on your stay. The actual decor & furniture is updated beautifully and are better than the pictures listed. I have no complaints and I would rate this property the best one so far!!!! Couldn’t have been more perfect, not to mention that the beach never closes and you take walks at night!!
