Hotel a De Soto

“Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. The bathrooms could use some work.”

“They raised the fee for animal from $10 to $30 in less than a year.”

“We’ve been staying at this location for 17 years. This has always been a good spot to stop for the night on our trip down to Florida. The first few years this hotel was brand new and it was wonderful. Unfortunately over the years it has become very worn and haggard looking. Hopefully the owners will invest in updating the property.”

“Desk clerk was very friendly and easy to talk with. She checked in with me on 2nd day of stay to make sure everything was okay and also asked if I needed anything, and if I did just ask.”

“The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.”

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

“Staff were super friendly especially the young lady in the breakfast room. Very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and comfy. Definitely would stay again.”

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”
