“You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...

“Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the riverbank on our last night before flying out. We were only there one night. This was a nice alternative to a traditional hotel near the airport.”

“The property was great but I was a little confused at first that there was two portions of this location and the entry to our portion passed the hot tub with children. We were not even sure we were at the right location. Nice spot. I don’t feel the linens were clean and we could not launder them as requested as we didn’t have any soap to do so. But over I would rent it again.”
