“Horrible experience, there were BUGS all over the bed and under the bed. When we informed management, they did not care and stated they would send someone to “change the sheets” and then tried to say that it was because we had left the sliding door open. We did not leave the sliding door open. The property refused to give us a refund because it was not booked directly with them. They also could not move us to another room due to no availability, which we understood and just wanted our money...

“Solid 8/10 stay overall. While the breakfast was disappointing and could be improved, the room was spotless, the service from the staff was excellent, and parking was easy and abundant.”

“El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable.”

“In the area for work. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and price was reasonable. ”

“It's located in good place. I stayed one night in double bedroom and was ok. The olny thing were, the shower curtain was dirty and the phone in rhe room didn't working. There's not an American breakfast,is just like a meal. The good thing was I did my late check out for 1 hr and I haven't to pay extra.”

“We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped. “The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade.”
