“The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. “Bed and pillows. The only thing that is negative is that the air conditioning unit was not on when we got there so the room was hot but once the unit was turned on it cooled the room quickly.”

“The breakfast was not as good as we had hoped. I really appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. The freezer worked very well as we had ice packs to use on our journey. The bathroom had a night light which was very helpful when you need to get up in the night. All in all we would stay there again!”

“Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...

“Never again!! The room was semi clean, the floors were filthy, getting out of the shower, my feet were black just walking to the bed. Looks like the floors were never swept nor mopped. The bathtub look like it had old cigarette burns all over the edge. The fridge was dirty with left over food crumbs in it. Dead bugs all around the room, with a roach crawling around. Disgusting!! The towels, washclothes and sheets were stained. Again disgusting! OH and someone else's UNDERWARE and socks were in...

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment I walked in, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I asked to switch rooms, but the staff couldn’t even get the keys to work on three different room doors. Despite being unable to provide a clean, accessible room, they refused to give me a refund. I ended up paying for a room I couldn’t properly use, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying...
