“So much thought has gone in to this hotel. The care taken to be accessible, comfortable, quiet, friendly and green is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Convenient location, hard to find parking to checkin, bit of a wait for the lifts. Comfortable bed, remote to the tv was broken making it difficult to use, super nice shower. Secure parking in basement is a must!”

“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”

“Location is very good Room is tidy and clean. You can cook at room Easy to park the car But A Room is different with others room that it required to walk a distance from car park. if you have some luggage, it is not so convenience. ”

“Good location and no traffic noise. Spacious cabin, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. A well maintained indoor heated pool.”

“Train station across the road wasn't ideal, we were in a back room so the highway traffic was okay. TV didn't work but was changed out for us quickly.”
