“We loved staying at the chalet during our week get-a-way in Maine! It was beautiful, comfortable, easy to find even though it is remote and very private. We enjoyed the outside area in the woods including the fire pit and hot tub after a full day of tourist activities! Reservation was a breeze through VRBO and communication with the host/s was immediate and professional. “The location and grounds were exceptional. It was a little distance from Acadia but the waterfront made up for the drive. The biggest issue was the lack of amenities inside the home. Just basic things like decent cookware and towels were really lacking. We were traveling with children and there was not a single saucepan in the home. I did inform the host and he was surprised. Otherwise, it was a nice few days.”
