“Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. “I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. Note that the only downside was that there is only one entrance/exit out of the...

“Our room was clean and very comfortable King suite. Breakfast was perfect. Eggs toast and turkey sausage and the next was egg and ham croissants coffee and tea and juice oatmeal and waffles! Great way to start your day ”
