Hotel vicino a Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course - Huntsville

“Our room was very nice and the king bed was extremely comfortable! The pictures on the lakehouse website shows an updated gourmet kitchen that was not there. It was a small area against one wall and very dark. The drive/parking lot was not maintained at all as it was covered in ice and my husband and I found it very slippery in which you must walk extreme care. ”

“New Management was really nice. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Beds were comfy. Nice and close to the park. ”

“Struttura vecchissima. Camera sporca e fatiscente. Sotto al frigorifero era pieno di muffa. Problemi al check in perche' la mia carta di credito dicevano fosse diversa dalla carta utilizzata per pagare. In realta l operatore stava considerando il numero di carta expedia e non il mio. Colazione ridicola servita in una stanzetta con 2 tavolini. Albergo peggiore di sempre”

“The heating system didn’t work how it was supposed to, people leaving their vehicles running outside of the room all night long leaving and coming back don’t know what they were doing. Door slamming all night long, room is very very small. Got no sleep water pressure for the shower was very minimal. Took a long time to get a shower. Had to go to the front office and give them the ice bucket for them to take into their private room and get ice for us. Would not recommend this Hotel, I think there...

“Struttura in posizione tranquilla e sul lago, con bel tramonto, ma piuttosto datata. La nostra camera era un po' consumata, con bagno molto piccolo e doccia molto rumorosa, per cui si sentivano quelle dei vicini. Abbiamo trovato solo due asciugamani per quattro persone. Letto però molto comodo. Colazione piuttosto semplice.”

“The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.”

“We had an activity booked for the morning of our checkout and she allowed us to checkout after our activity was done at 11:30.”

“The staff member was waiting outside in the snow for me when I arrived. He helped us get set up inside and start the fireplace it was so cozy!”
