“Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!”

“This is my second and last time I’m staying here!!! When I visit they always place me to the back of the hotel, there no friendly I think there a bit racist !!! I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! “Nice room but stayed on 1st floor which was a little noisy, never had that problem on other floors. Nice restaurant across the parking lot, Two Stones Pub, highly recommend”

“Clean room with comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast is VERY basic, coffee and granola bars but okay. Would stay again.”

“The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. ”
