Hotel vicino a Delaware Park Racetrack and Slots - Wilmington

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“Roaches”

“This is the worst ever hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is...

“Not very clean, the hotel had a smell”

“The room itself was very clean, but the property is under construction and everything else is in disrepair. Paint peeling from the hallway walls, trash piled up outside, outdoor lights hanging by chords. We could not escape the smell of cigarette smoke, which just permeated the room. The staff was very friendly, but this did not make up for the rest of it.”

“Many homeless people behind the building- door didn’t lock properly.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“It was quiet and that's good, location beside ACME and few stores. Outside was clean and even inside.. But it was an old edifice and very noticeable. The bathroom was not good at all. I can say it's the worst bathroom of all the hotels I ever lodged at in any state and I've been to many as a traveling parent. The TV was difficult to operate.”

“This is my second and last time I’m staying here!!! When I visit they always place me to the back of the hotel, there no friendly I think there a bit racist !!! I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!!
