“Very nice place good for family”

“I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”

“I don’t know if the floor was dirty or if there was a film from the cleaning products but the floor in our room felt slippery.”

“The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

“There was some construction/repair work, and we were assigned a room where the noise was clearly audible throughout the night. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, especially since we checked in only to get some rest before leaving early the next morning. Instead of a peaceful night's sleep, we were kept awake by the constant construction noise.”

“We paid $135 for one night, after fees and taxes…$149. Way overpriced.! There were two, small 12x12 couch-sized throw pillows on the king size bed. We asked for more pillows and were told there were none available. The pillows were so flat that we had to use our used, wet bath towels to put under the pillows to raise them enough to sleep. The bed mattress was brown and stained with holes in it. There was one 2 inch size bar soap in the whole room for two people. There were two 2-inch packets of...
