Guest house a Delhi

“We stayed for a night on transit from the airport. Nice spacious rooms & friendly service. The room service dinner was very good, also enjoyed the all-veg breakfast, freshly cooked parotta, hot milk & spicy chai etc.. Bathroom was nice & clean, plenty of shower water, but would been better if the hot water temperature was little higher... “Stay away! Pathetic experience. Firstly the room was not ready, so they moved me to a building next to this booked residency. That building was literally a broken building with rooms. I had no choice, but to stay as already exhausted from travel. My room had no keys so then they again moved me to another "spare" room. In the evening the Room got locked out and the keys won't work. Even maintenance guy could not open it and I was left outside for 45mins. Maintenance guy they told me this...

“Poor cleaning, broken exhaust,poor air conditioning, dirty uncleaned bed sheets, bad service, poor reception. Its a low /poor quality hotel.”

“The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. ”
