Multiple things happened throughout my trip that are resulting in me providing this poor review, which I shared with Management multiple times but no one resolved.
1) I had asked for airport pick up which was confirmed via messaging. I got to the airport and there was no one there for pickup. I tried calling the hotel and no one would pick up. I ended up taking a local taxi to the hotel. I brought this up multiple times during my stay. I was told there was an "investigation open" which I never heard the result of.
2) Once I arrived at the airport at 3am, I asked at the front desk, whether any restaurant / room service was open within the hotel to order food. I was informed that there is no options available to me till 6am. We went to sleep early to only find out later, after calling on another day of my stay that room service is available 24/7.
3) When I finally ordered room service on my 2nd night there, the cutlery was brought to me in a dirty napkin. To get fresh cutlery and clean napkins, it took approximately 45 mins.
4) There was some sort of banquet being set up at night within the hotel, which was very loud and prevented me from sleeping during my stay.
And ultimately, there was no resolution throughout my stay for any of these items flagged to management.
