Hotel a Dell Rapids

“Our room was big with a whirlpool tub in it . Bed was very comfortable very nice stay”

“It would be nice to know that the pet fee is $20 in advance of checking in. It may be on the website and I just didn't see it.”

“Paid $150 deposit for “incidental” charges, (which is common in the hotel industry) should they occur. We did not incur such charges, and have not been reimbursed.”

“This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. First, its signage shows Pipestone Inn, nothing about OYO. We had to call to let him know we were even there! The smell was awful when we first walked in and a sign on the desk showed "We are apology for no cable TV in motel". We checked in anyway hoping the room would be ok. It WAS NOT!! There weren't pillowcases on the pillows, and they all had yellow stains all over them. The mattresses looked about 30 years old and didn't fit the beds....

“The room was muggy the whole time even though the A/C was running no air in the workout room, felt like working out in a sauna. Breakfast was excellent and coffee good. Outside needs maintenance and so does the inside. For almost $200 dollars a night did not meet my expectations.”

“REMODELING”

“The only issue I have is there is a five dollar and some change charge on my card after I checked out. I am looking into what this is for because we checked in around 10:30 pm and caught a flight the next morning at 6:00 am. The convenience of being right next to the airplane terminal was great.”

“We wanted to go somewhere close to the airport. While the pool was fun, the rooms were awful. Smelled like mildew.”

“This unique hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The only drawback is the lack of food available at the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast for a fee but that is the only food available right in the hotel. To dine you must go off site. The downtown area is not far and does offer some great choices.”

“The lighting was poor, the walls super thin. I actually checked out one and a half days early due to not being able to sleep. The room next store to me the occupants where loud and disrespectful when I asked if they could quiet down some.”
