The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. I sent messages in real time as I found things as we were there...

“Host listed street parking only, however there was no street parking. It’s also in a rough part of town and I wasn’t going to make my family, baby, and dog trek multiple blocks. We had to make other accommodations and VRBO would not reimburse. Avoid property if possible.”

“I arrived late at night, and I received the wrong check in instructions. Neither me nor Vrbo could get in contact with the host until the next day. They ended up putting me in a raggedy hotel for a night.Once I got in, the apartment was nice. Everything looked and worked as advertised. The on site parking beside the building might have been the best part. The shower was also great.The host is not good at responding. I stayed there for a month.
