“We stayed here prior to my son taking an exam at facility for his medical license. The room was very clean, front desk young man was very courteous. He even gave us a free coupon for breakfast for two. We ate at eleven waters for dinner as well. Wow definitely recommend eleven waters. It was so delicious. “Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“The service is great. You can tell they’re putting a lot of work into the inside/rooms. I would recommend for a low budget individual/couple. I went with young children and the area isn’t great (not the motels fault). A lot of outside noise, outside the rooms reeked of smoke. The rooms themselves were just fine. The customer service was good star, great! ”

“I stayed at Collegian this year, September 5-7, for an SU COL class reunion and I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again next trip to Syracuse. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to campus and the stadium. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. No complaints. ”
