Hotel vicino a Demens Landing Park - St. Petersburg - Clearwater

“Staff was wonderful. My room wasn't ready yet(I was there a bit early), they offered me a drink and to hold my bags while I waited at the pool. Its very cute and convenient. I had a conference at the Vinoy and they were booked up so this was a perfect 2 min walk back and forth. Also close to plenty of restaurants and a cute coffee shop down the street was perfect for a quick bite to start the day. ”

“The property is walkable to multiple dining options as well as nightlife. The property owners are easily accessible for any needs. We will definitely stay again. Just a little fyi, while my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Vinoy House, all rooms are up a steep staircase that has about 8 stairs ( it is a beautiful historic house) no elevator available if needed for handicap accessibility. Everything you could possibly need is walking distance. ”

“The hotel is very modern and bathrooms were clean and has great lighting and fans. Without having any staff there for check in or out, they still have everything well posted with instructions and sent multiple text communications to be sure you were taken care of. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food is great. ”
