“Nice ”

“This is a great place for a stay in Demopolis.”

“The staff was nice and friendly and tried to accommodate the problem the best they could and the breakfast was good .The bed have big yellow and brown spots on the mattress. The carpet smells so bad. I had to leave my door open and close it when I get ready to go to bed ,couldn’t sleep for the smell.”

“Great stay but there was no hot water really and the tub did not work only the shower but that was my only conplaint”

“Room fine - needed place to sleep when truck broke down, tried to see if hotel could assist in middle of no where to get uber or help with ride from chevron 12 miles away, almost lost room because no one would help me, had to basically hitchhike to hotel but bed def comfortable after being outside and broken down all day - clean shower just annoyed no one who lived /worked in that area could assist and I was limited with internet access”

“Nothing. I canceled my stay because my room had no bed covering and the door was wide open at 6:30 pm.”

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“To better reflect the University of Alabama experience and justify the price point, the hotel could benefit from updated guest room renovations, improved housekeeping standards, and more attention to detail with maintenance issues such as broken curtains and worn furniture. Adding more Alabama-themed decor, photos, and school spirit throughout the hallways and rooms would also create a more memorable and authentic university hotel atmosphere. “Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and cozy. Loved the complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. And breakfast was perfect for a grab and go. 5 stars.”
