“We have stayed at this property many times in the last 5 years. Last year when we visited we learned that it was under new ownership. They are doing a lot of renovations to the property, but the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. ”

“So, I didn't know this was an "extended stay" hotel when I booked it. So, I guess extended stay means no hand towels, no kleenex, a non-working tv, & no plastic cups in the room (which they did give me). The place is clean but very basic with bare floors and cot-like beds which were a little hard as were the pillows. So, bring your own stuff if you stay here! I won't be staying again at WoodSpring.”

“Very close to West Jackson Hospital. Some ambulance noise at night, however it was not much of a disturbance. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful with needs and made our stay warm and inviting, I was surprised to see a small kitchen with dinnerware and utensils for use. The room was neat and orderly as well. Thanks again, we will choose this location next time we are in town.”

“Breakfast was alright the eggs were watery, the waffles were perfect but something caused us to be super gassy, So be prepared to fart all day”

“The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us...
