Hotel vicino a Dentzel Carousel - Meridian

“Needs a major remodeling”

“I accidentally booked this hotel which I believed to be in the area I was staying but it was a full day away. Called after 5 minutes and tried to get a hold of hotel a total of 8 times and no answers pretty unreliable for a hotel not to answer their own phone. Wasted 200$ and no refund . Would not want to stay here money hungry do not care about guests.”

“Didn't like that there were a group of guys sitting right outside the door who were very loud and obnoxious starting at 5am. Made it very hard to sleep after a late night arrival.”

“First let me say that it looks like they might be doing so work to the place. The "lobby" was a room with a check in counter and some construction supplies. The man who helped me was helpful enough with check in but could not accommodate a first floor room. My room was just above the office area at one end of the building while a lot of occupants were staying at the other end. It was a Friday night and there was a lot of loud music from the other end (it was like a party). The room itself...

“We have stayed here a couple times before and whenever we are in this area this is where we stay. Great staff, the place is clean and it's convenient to restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant. One thousand percent recommend.”

“Place is a dump. Common areas are dirty and hot-too cheap to run the air conditioning? I did appreciate the hand sanitizer station by the elevator.”

“It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.”

“The breakfast was very good. I booked 3 rooms for family traveling and 1 room the a/c didn’t work and they would not move us to a different room and they we would have to get with Expedia and they did not have any fans! Our rooms were falling apart paint, carpet, toilets were wobbly. We did not feel safe in the area. I read all the reviews, but it wasn’t as people said. Waste of money for sure!!!”
