“Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest. I spent an hour waiting on hold with support in order to move me to a new room. They bumped me up to a 2br but that did me no good since I was a solo traveler. I’d rather have...

“Comfortable and artsy-ish hotel with loft beds and clever use of space. Rooms are on the small side. The hotel does *not* provide daily housecleaning services, no cleaning was done between check-in and check-out. This was not clearly communicated in the original listing. Given that I ended up paying the normal hotel rate, I would have expected daily housecleaning services. Otherwise, the stay was fine.”
