When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. “This was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples for a quick trip to Denver. The neighborhood is “up and coming” so it’s not a place I’d walk around at night, but it’s fine in the daytime. “We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...

I will say if you arrive later in the evening, the door code was very hard to figure out - and I actually didn't - someone let me in. There was another guest having the same issue. Be sure to do the check-in verification ahead of time - a little annoying but the only way you get your access information.”
