Needed a hotel for a few nights During a recent move. The Westin is a little over the top for that, but the quality and service are top rated. I have several years of room nights in Westins around the world and this one compares very favorably. You can always depend on a great experience and stay at a Westin and this one was no exception. Great mountain views after a heavy spring snow the day before I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel and location very convenient for traveling around Denver and boulder also alot of things to do with in walking distance only disappointment was no free wifi

Great customer service with nice amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel since we were outside the majority of time.

Wonderful Views and Friendly Staff

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. It was a birthday for the smallest member of our party and the front desk attendant noticed he was wearing a birthday pin. She sent a slice of cake up for him. The staff went above and beyond and our room's view was beautiful.

People should not have to pay $10. to access the wi-fi. It makes me resent the hotel for being so cheap.

Very clean and professional staff. Great location - many restaurants near by. We had a very peaceful stay. Would definitely book again as well as referring it to a friend.

Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean but had an old smell to it. The A/C took 8+ hours to cool the room. You could feel the carpet pins in the door ways so be careful. Although I called in advance about having a dog they did not prepare anything for my dog. Their website states that they offer beds and other comforts. I love that they they do not charge for pets to stay at the hotel but they do place a deposit hold(which was not stated on their website). We had also requested a microwave over the phone and they had listed it on our reservation. When we checked in they said they do not offer microwaves in the room but have one available on the main floor. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel. Just don't sweat the small stuff.

Pro: Great views, beautiful property. Comfortable rooms.
Contro: The hotel needs some deep cleaning in the bathrooms & updating. The bath tub was not clean. Marriott was cleaner. Staff needs training & knowledge
Posizione: Great location. Tons to do.
I reserved a 'non-refundable' room for 3 days. I called the afternoon of my check in date, to confirm with the hotel I was checking in late due to my work. When I arrived, they gave my room away and were in a sold out status. I couldn't believe how that can happen with the 'non-refundable' reservation, & how they gave my room away after I called the front desk, confirmed my reservation and specifically told them I would be arriving after 7pm to check in. I was shocked. They sent me to the Marriott, which was a very nice brand new hotel, very comfortable beds. I returned the next day to complete my 3 day reservation at the Westin. There were lots of miscommunication & technology issues. Firstly, my room keys would only work once, in the 2 days I was there, I went through 5 different keys which were reprogrammed 5 times. I was frustrated because I returned to my room, in the rain, & I had to use the toilet bad but couldn't get in, so I had to go downstairs to get the key reprogrammed again. Then I called service to ask what channel Fox News was on. They didn't know, they transferred me to 3 different people, put me into a voice mail, until I finally called the front desk who also didn't know and presumptuously said they didn't have it, only to learn it was there, but how come no one knew? I was in the fitness room, requested the same thing, but the engineer didn't know either. Obvious bias. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable & not treat you with prejudice over Fox
