“Perfect place to sleep for one night on our drive to Victoria. It was very quiet, so we slept well. The room was also very clean.”

“The staff has been very welcoming both times that I've stayed. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location when coming off or going on the ferry, but also some traffic noise because of the location.”

“They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law.”

“We stayed here for one night in June, it was a great location - walking distance to the pier. The hotel got us checked in early even though we hadn't asked in advanced which was super nice from them! Great location, great hotel, perfect for a one night stay while travelling.”

“Again, this is not my first day at this establishment. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud a little too soft for my liking, but a good sleep regardless. I love how every room has a view of the lake. The only thing that would make this even better would be an on-site restaurant or café”

“The hotel was clean and the front desk and dining staff were very helpful. However, most of the hotel is original, dating back to the 90's. The second time I stayed there in a month, I was upgraded to a renovated room, so that was nicer. Note: There are no Smart TV's, only cable available, no USB outlets, ( they have extensions cords in several outlets) and the pillows were chippy foam. If you like that kind of pillow, or aren't fussy, then you'll be ok. There is a very old school coffee...
