“I booked this property because it had a pool, and I had 2 grandchildren. I was told DAILY that the pool would be available, yet it was not. I stayed one week, and the pool was only operational during the last two days. Also, the breakfast was almost nonexistent on several days. “Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

“This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner...

“Beautiful and clean establishment, but on a college campus, so it is noisy. Lots of cars revving in the parking garage next door into the night. Otherwise, safe, clean, great staff and onsite parking. Will definitely be back!”
