“Had to spend the night as our ac broke and was being worked on next day. Hotel was very clean staff was amazing. Only complaint is one of the elevators was down but it not being busy not a big deal. ”
“Super helpful front desk staff 24/7. Check in took literally 3 minutes (I looked at the time). The property is quiet and in a safe area. Wifi is a little slow (50mbps upload) but that’s my only gripe. Overall a great stay! ”
“I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. Thankyou so much to everyone for being so patient with my family and I. You guys are the best ! Thankyou ”

“Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. Every single staff person was friendly and seemed happy to be there. The room was clean in the bathroom was good sized. The complimentary breakfast and Kickback dinners/drinks were great. The lava cake and ice cream?! Yum. Nice bar. Popcorn and soda in the afternoons. Coffee available at all times. Nice big heated hot tub that will fit multiple people. The pool was cool. I did not use the fitness room or meeting rooms. Extra reward points for skipping...
“This hotel was a great stay! It was clean, modern, and had great customer service staff! The drinks at the bar were pretty pricey but other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone! ”
“Amelia she works the day shift at the front desk she was amazing from the time we checked in to check out. She gave us restaurants to try. The hotel is by a shopping mall lots to choose from eating to shopping. Hotel is in a quiet part of town. We took Waymo so that was not an issue if you rent a car easy for parking at the hotel. Amelia ensured we were taken care of during our stay top notch service.”
