“The property was very modern and the location was great. They are clearly in a renovation phase right now. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great, it was 110 outside. We loved the music they played in the morning outside our rooms, but it was very loud even in the room and started at 7:00 am. “As soon we we got to our room (we had two rooms, asked for connecting and they weren’t at all connected), one of the rooms smelled like completely sewer. We called to have someone fix it. They sprayed something in the toilet and left. Never offered a different room, even though the room that was actually connected to us was vacant at the time of our arrival. So we had to air the room out when it was 110 degrees outside and walk outside and around to get to the room because they were not...

“Upon entering the room the stench was something that can’t be described . The room was filthy, the old dirty carpet had spots of paint that had fallen from the ceiling, the toilet seat and underneath had not been cleaned The bed covering had several spots of blood on it . There was no remote control for the tv,and it wouldn’t work without it . There was no refrigerator which I had called about in advance . I was told that there was one comparable to something you would find in a college dorm ....
