“It's about ten years that we rent villas around the Carribean. The first thing I want to say is that Franck has been, by far, the most welcoming host we ever had. Our arrival was scheduled quite late and we found the fridge stocked with complimentary food enough for a couple of meals, plus a bottle of red wine, one of champagne and of one of rum. Un séjour / cuisine fonctionnel et une terrasse trés appréciée avec vue immédiate sur le jardin composé de bananiers, cocotiers, manguier et plein de fleurs magnifiques. “Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location!Grand balcon aire ouverte, air climatisé dans les chambres, laveuse a linge et lave vaissell localisation sur l'île, communication avec l'hôte, chaises de plage, glacière, bbq tout ca etait pratique.C'est montagneux alors marche aux alantours pour sportif ;-)Je recommanderais à mes amis. Ce n'est pas un endroit luxueux ou neuf mais bien entretenu et chaleureux!”

“La location rispettava quasi del tutto l'annuncio online, l'unico problema è stato colui che ci avrebbe dovuto accogliere che si e' trovato difronte delle persone che a suo detto non erano all'altezza perché era abituato con clienti ben più facoltosi. Al nostro arrivo ha speso poche parole, senza illustrarci la casa, e dire che la jacuzzi non funzionava, inoltre la piscina da noi è stata utilizzata solo 2 giorni perché non è stata mai pulita (siamo stati li 9 giorni). Un altra cosa da aggiungere...

“Nous avons passé huit jours dans la maison. Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ étaient flexibles. Alice et son mari sont très accueillants, bienveillants et généreux. Alice nous avait préparé un excellent repas lors de notre arrivée. Des fruits et diverses boissons nous attendaient également. La maison est grande et très bien équipée, on se sent comme chez soi. Au cours de notre séjour, des fruits nous ont été offerts ainsi qu'un apéritif. Très bon séjour, je recommande.”

“We spent a wonderful week in Villa Coco, using it as a base of operations for hiking and scuba diving and beach walking. Our host was wonderfully attentive, meeting us at the property to give us keys and show us around. We used their recommendation for dining and hiking, and used the house for in between meals. Kitchen was fully functional, AC bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and space was perfect for 4 adults. A week was too short a visit!”

When we arrived we rounded the corner of the house to make sure we were at the right place and were immediately struck by the absolutely gorgeous view and beautiful infinity pool reflecting the clouds. It truly felt like we were in heaven. Steffani, the property manager met us on our arrival. She gave us the tour of the house and tips on where to visit, shop, snorkel, beaches and scenic routes. She was very helpful and quick to respond and made the rental process...

"Bella struttura con camere rinnovate di recente vicina ad una delle più belle spiagge di Guadalupa. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nella struttura: la prima siamo stati sistemati in un bilocale familiare, non conforme alla prenotazione effettuata ed infestato dalle zanzare. Fortunatamente la nostra richiesta di essere spostati in un'altra camera è stata presa in considerazione ed abbiamo trascorso la seconda notte in una splendida stanza, con terrazza vista mare che ci ha fatto dimenticare l'esperienza poco felice della notte precedente. Ottima e varia la colazione."

"Posizione fantastica, a pochi min. a piedi dalla bella plage de la Perle, allo stesso tempo in mezzo alla lussureggiante natura della Basse-Terre. A pochi min a piedi da 3 punti molto discreta. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto, se ovviamente non ai pensa di arrivare in una casa con standard alti. di galla ovunque e dalle 4:15 cominciano a cantare, onestamente passati i primi 2 giorni ci siamo abituatiristoro.
