“Beautifully decorated historic home with paintings and antiques. The room that we occupied , however needed bedside tables and reading lamps. A second comfortable chair would also be nice in order to watch the TV. Grounds were gorgeous and impecably maintained. The cooked to order breakfasts were outstanding. Dinner is available only on Friday evenings. The meal I had was one of the best I have ever had.”

“We loved the historic charm of the rooms! Comfortable beds (except the master dips in the center causing you to roll in but it just forced cuddles) and inviting living spaces. The kitchenette had all the basics which I greatly appreciated! They provided everything we needed including laundry in the room! I was curious if the bar downstairs would be a problem since we had our kids with us and they provided sound machines in each room but we never heard noise and slept great! The lack of hotel...

“I truly enjoyed my too short stay here. Felt very welcome and st home. Lore was the greatest and enjoyed my conversations with her. Enjoyed the soundtrack she had playing in the parlor and the beautiful New Orleans decor.evreything hand picked by Lore, not a let's make a stop at Ikea and get this place furnished! “We had a wonderful time at The Dragonfly. It was charming, romantic, proximal to everywhere we wanted to be in NOLA, and Lore was an excellent host. The house is gorgeous, the pool was perfect. Lore made herself available for any questions we had. We would love to stay here again!”
