Staff helpful on Fijian time. Extremely grateful for staff staying back and preparing dinner after arriving 9:30pm.

Hotel con spiaggia e bellissimo giardino tropicale, in posizione strategica per le immersioni con gli squali di Beqa Lagoon (adventuredivers@connect.con.fj). Diffidate delle offerte speciali con 35% di sconto a meno che non siate disposti ad avere il pavimento del bagno allagato. Mi sono trovata bene comunque, grazie alla gentilezza dello staff. Peccato che mi siano spariti dai bagagli lasciati aperti: una maglietta del Sudafrica a cui ero molto affezionata e una bustina porta chiavi turchese che mi piaceva moltissimo. Ringrazio la Signora delle pulizie che gentilmente mi ha lasciato le chiavi di casa, altrimenti mi sarei trovata in guai seri al mio ritorno!

The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Late check in and the security guard had to go and look for the receptionist. Receptionist made me check in and fill out all my details on the iPad, I thought that was there job? He looked grog doped as he had his plate of food on the check in counter. Then we requested late check out the next day as he had agreed due to the late check in time. The staff the next morning were so pushy with check out. But we're helpful when explained about the late check in. Clearly communication gap.
