“The TV did not work in my room. They tried very hard to take care of it but was told needed another box for it which would have took days to get. They couldn't move me because they were booked. Going to request credit so I'll inform everyone. They tried their hardest.”

“This was the worst hotel room I've ever been in and every time I seen something wrong i wrote it down is come out to like 20 problems and when we told the owner at the front desk he said just try it in a different plug and that's FIRE HAZARD!!!!”

“Very nice property; clean room; staff very helpful & attentive. Renovated recently and looked great. Easy parking. I was unable to set or change the temp on the A/C unit and it was quite warm in our room. I reported it at check-out & I’m sure they’ll handle the necessary repair. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.”

“Walked in and room smelled stale/funny. I was very hesitant on staying there but I tried to really give it a chance. Saw 2 dead roaches but what really took me out was the bathroom. Big spider in the tub with spider web and all but when I ran the water and it came out brown, that was it for me. I was in the hotel about an hour before I checked out and went to another hotel.”

“Bed sheets were stained. Hot water was dangerously and extremely too hot at a dangerous level above Health Agency recommendations”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”
