“This Drury hotel is our family's "go to" favorite place to stay when visiting Iowa City. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms that you can relax in. Nice bedding. Quiet. A really good breakfast with hot foods or grab and go items such as fruit, ect. If you check in early enough, there are also nice appetizers and beverages. Something for everyone. “Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...

“Very convenient for shows at the Englert. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking ramp kitty corner to hotel. We slept too late for breakfast, and did not do the happy hour, but they looked good.”

“We had a late check in which I had informed the hotel of earlier in the day. We ended up checking in around 10 pm and when we got to our room and had went to use the bathroom I noticed the toilet was filthy with feces stains in the toilet. There was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the bottles that are affixed to the shower wall. I did also notice the beds were made but the sheets and pillow cases were very wrinkled like they had already been slept on. Then to top it off in the morning when...
