“In the bathroom, the shower is not working properly; the pressure is very, very low. There is no hot water. The room is very basic. The breakfast food has no flavor. All items are very cold.”

The food was amazing with great quality and choice at both dinner and breakfast. Our kids used the pool while we enjoyed the gym.
