“Each time I visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as it was the first visit! It's always Clean! The staff is always very polite and helpful. The jetted tub doesn't disappoint and neither does the mini fridge. It's simply a prerequisite to this rooms balance. You absolutely must have the liquid replenishing your body to be so cold you can feel it running inside of you. Parking is super super safe. I enjoy how quiet the entire place is and I have started referring to this hotel as my cozy...

“I absolutely love this place! It’s always clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Parking is easy, and the restaurant is conveniently located within the hotel. Two tips: book through Expedia to save, and if you’re allergic to animals, be sure to let the attendant know. Usually, all guests with animals are on level 1, but on one of my stays, there was a guest with an animal on level 2. Other than that, it’s a perfect 10/10!”

“As always, a spotless room, super front office staff, and conveniently located near the VA Hospital. They are "THE" place to stay while in Augusta. If I had to come up with a constructive criticism it would be the breakfast fare. It did not seem to measure up to the standards of a major hotel brand. Still, this is my home, away from home Every time that I am in Augusta, Georgia.”

“Clean room, front desk staff & housekeeping very friendly, they treat you like family. The location is unfortunately in a less than desirable area, and a bit dangerous... But apparently there's new owners of this establishment and they are renovating and remodeling, as well as trying to clear out any unsavory characters hanging about. Went a couple days without hot water but thats fixed now so no harm no foul. Overall satisfied with my experience there. ”
