“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter.”

“We spent a night at this hotel after a long flight. It offered everything we needed and more. Excellent location, airport shuttle, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast selection.”

“Started off bumpy with location not able to find my reservations. I came in really late with my husband and son and staff was patient enough to put us away for the night until my issue could be addressed with management the next day. Location is perfect near a park where kiddo could play, walking distance to train station and the terrace room offered a beautiful view of the properties additional amenities such as restaurant, put-put, and outdoor entertainment. The breakfast offered is amazing....
