“古くなったホテルを現在のスタッフの方が一生懸命運営しているホテルと感じました。接点を持った方々それぞれは大変良い方でしたが、人手が足らないのでしょうか、せっかくの朝風呂も露天が風呂がビニールシートで覆われたままでどうしたらよいのかわかりませんでした。結局入浴はあきらめましたが、シートを取って入ってい良いのか、使うなと言っているのか利用者には解りませんでした。 コストパフォーマンスは良いと思いましたが、もう少し迎えられれている感を感じられると良いと思いました。お客さんの少ない時期でスタッフも減員状況だったのかもしれません。”

“Très grand établissement avec beaucoup de commodités- salle de ping pong, salle de jeux pour enfants, tatamis etc. Décors original type musée 🙂. Enfin, le propriétaire est extrême serviable et nous a même amené à la station de bus pour notre départ pour la route alpine. Nous lui en sommes extrêmement reconnaissant, un grand merci! “Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. ”

“This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring.
