“La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. La climatizzazione era silenziosissima ed efficiente; il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il personale era gentile e discreto e parlava bene inglese. Il complesso forniva molte opportunita' di svago (spa, fitness...) di cui per ragioni di tempo non ho usufruito.”

“albergo ben curato in zona North point, a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana, presenta delle stanze ben curate anche se piuttosto piccole per gli standard occidentali. personale gentile e cordiale, sono stati efficientissimi nel gestire la mia prenotazione. unica pecca negativa, letto piccolo per un occidentale. io sono alto 1.65 e i miei piedi sporgevano fuori”

“The breakfast was good but not always well supplied as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. The staff were friendly and supplied us with a North American voltage converter and printed some documents for us. ”

“I stayed here for three days to visit friend's house near by. The room was horrible and dusty when I checked-in late at the first night, but I ordered the receptionist to clean up the dirty room the first thing in the morning after that clean and cozy till the last day. The reception is open for 24 hours. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The environment is also good and safe. Very convenient. ”

“Stanza ottima, vista spettacolare sul Victoria Harbour, sufficientemente grande rispetto agli standard di HK, stile moderno e con tutte le comodità e accessori necessari, pulizia ottima (bisogna richiederla chiamando la reception). Il personale è stato cortese e sempre disponibilie. L'hotel è in posizione comodissima, collegato direttamente col centro commerciale adiacente (con parecchi ristoranti) e con la fermata MTR Taikoo”

“Very clean room. Room size is decent base on this price. Two things for the bathroom which have some design issue. No saddle bathroom floor to prevent water leaking to the hotel room. Also the faucet comes with sensor which is not good design. ”

“広々としていて清潔で過ごしやすかったです。中心街からは離れていますが、バス停が目の前にあり、空港まで一本で行けるバスも出ており便利でした。 ルームサービスを携帯からウェブでチェックすると来てくれるシステムになっており、バスタオルを頼んだところすぐに来てくれました。よいシステムだと思いました。 一つだけ、チェックイン当日早朝5時頃にホテルに着きましたが、荷物を預かってもらうには有料でした。150HK $くらいしたと思います。不満と言えばそのくらいです。”
