“La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. La climatizzazione era silenziosissima ed efficiente; il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il personale era gentile e discreto e parlava bene inglese. Il complesso forniva molte opportunita' di svago (spa, fitness...) di cui per ragioni di tempo non ho usufruito.”

“This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. It will also be nice if they give us a copy of shuttle schedule. We will also did not greet by our last name or first name.”

“Stanza ottima, vista spettacolare sul Victoria Harbour, sufficientemente grande rispetto agli standard di HK, stile moderno e con tutte le comodità e accessori necessari, pulizia ottima (bisogna richiederla chiamando la reception). Il personale è stato cortese e sempre disponibilie. L'hotel è in posizione comodissima, collegato direttamente col centro commerciale adiacente (con parecchi ristoranti) e con la fermata MTR Taikoo”

“I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

“Suggest to change mattress as this is old. Staff said room had been upgraded but believe this is means of space, Not the furniture and bedroom”

“I was assigned a seaview room, nothing to complain with this price. The view is fantastic! However, the seaview window is on the corrider side, so for those who need privacy may prefer putting the curtain on. I would suggest people to bring your own soap for hand washing and plastic slippers, as the bathroom floor won't dry by itself and no soap provided. Prepare a one-off towel as a temporarily door mat would also be a good idea especially during rainy days, things won't easily dry even with...
